The Halo Atoll

Seen from above, a ring of docks and solar decks holds a lagoon, and inside it a garden island carries two domes and a spire. The enclave is bounded, legible and small against the open ocean, with boats for scale. Enclosure made literal: the whole settlement is a single shape.
